We operate two principal businesses — Tien Phuoc Real Estate and American International Hospital — and partner with some of the world's most respected names in real estate and international healthcare. Founded as an agricultural & essential-oil cooperative in southern Vietnam.

First investment in real estate — the pivot that defined the next three decades.

Strategic partnership with Keppel Land Vietnam on The Estella.
